What you will do

• Manage the transactional procurement process from requisition through purchase order closure.
• Issue purchase orders, communicate with suppliers, track deliveries, and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor procurement KPIs and support uninterrupted operations across assigned categories.
• Negotiate supplier agreements, manage supplier selection, and verify contract and performance compliance.
• Develop and execute RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes for products and services.
• Implement strategic sourcing, preferred supplier, standardization, and cost-reduction initiatives.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably completed.
• At least 3 years of purchasing experience, including negotiations, contract management, and strategic sourcing.
• Advanced English proficiency at C1 level is required.
• Project management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
