MRO Buyer (Indirect Procurement): Managing MRO and indirect procurement for the Muzquiz site, including purchase orders, supplier coordination, strategic sourcing, and contract management with an accent on operational continuity, supplier performance, and total cost of ownership. Focus on negotiating supplier agreements, executing RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, delivering cost-reduction programs, and improving procurement efficiency across assigned categories.

What you will do
- Manage the transactional procurement process from requisition through purchase order closure.
- Issue purchase orders, communicate with suppliers, track deliveries, and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain procurement performance metrics and support uninterrupted operations across assigned categories and business areas.
- Negotiate supplier contracts, manage supplier selection, and monitor compliance with quality, service, and cost requirements.
- Develop and execute RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs for products and services.
- Implement strategic sourcing, supplier standardization, preferred-vendor programs, and cost-reduction initiatives.
Requirements
- University degree, preferably completed.
- At least 3 years of purchasing experience, including negotiations, contract management, and strategic sourcing.
- Experience managing projects.
- Advanced English proficiency at C1 level, including conversational fluency.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working across multiple industry sites is preferred.
