Technical Program Manager (Digital Health)

Location: Fridley, Minnesota, United States; onsite four days per week. The role is based at the Rice Creek/Minneapolis headquarters and does not require travel.

Salary: $142,400–$213,600 per year, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end program management for a next-generation digital health platform.
• Own the integrated master program plan, including schedules, milestones, critical paths, and dependencies across five engineering teams.
• Coordinate software development, systems engineering, IT, UI/UX, and business workstreams into a unified delivery plan.
• Partner with engineering leaders to sequence technical work, remove blockers, mitigate risks, and drive execution.
• Establish governance through executive communications, status reporting, decision tracking, and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive roadmap, release, resource, capacity, KPI, and delivery-metric planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technical programs, or an advanced degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in program management, roadmap planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and delivery execution.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not available for roles below Principal level.
• For bachelor's degrees earned outside the United States, the degree must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
• Ability to communicate technical details clearly, align stakeholders, and drive accountability across engineering and business teams.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering mobile and web applications, cloud infrastructure, enterprise IT products, or customer-facing digital ecosystems.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Experience integrating digital products with enterprise IT systems, third-party platforms, and SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, APIs, microservices, and system integration patterns.
