Senior Technical Program Manager (Healthcare B2C)

Salary: $110,500–$176,000 base salary per year

hirify.global’s Pet Health team develops healthcare and e-commerce products that make pet care more accessible, including telehealth and pet prescription services.

What you will do

• Own portfolio planning, roadmap alignment, and execution for Healthcare B2C services.
• Lead large, cross-functional programs such as telemedicine expansion from concept through launch and post-launch optimization.
• Coordinate integrations across telemedicine, checkout, payments, e-commerce, and healthcare teams.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business leaders on multi-quarter strategy, planning, metrics, and tradeoffs.
• Influence architecture and system design for scalable, resilient, and secure payment systems without directly managing engineers.
• Drive operational excellence through SLA/SLO tracking, incident management, risk mitigation, executive updates, roadmaps, dashboards, and execution rituals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field with 7+ years of experience, or a master’s degree with 5+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management experience leading large-scale, cross-team initiatives.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, Java, APIs, distributed systems, and B2C web applications.
• Experience with AWS technologies including EC2, SNS, SQS, and DynamoDB, as well as APM tools such as Datadog or Dynatrace.
• Ability to influence technical architecture and business strategy across multiple teams without direct authority.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and delivering complex systems at scale.
