Product Manager, Sr (AI)

Salary: $105,000–$178,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Own the Agent Foundry product strategy, roadmap, pricing model, and business outcomes.
• Lead customer discovery and forward-deployed engagements to identify high-impact operational problems.
• Define and prioritize AI agents, LLM capabilities, RAG experiences, prompt workflows, and next-generation AI UX.
• Prototype and ship products rapidly, managing the lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Coordinate execution across engineering, data science, UX, marketing, and executive leadership.
• Drive go-to-market activities, beta programs, sales enablement, customer advisory sessions, and ROI-based pricing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical product management experience launching, scaling, and improving software products.
• 2+ years of experience in AI with strong technical and market understanding of LLMs, RAG, agents, and AI-powered software.
• Experience with customer discovery, user interviews, zero-to-one product development, and cross-functional execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, software development lifecycles, SaaS, and cloud platforms.
• Ability to work onsite in Austin, United States.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in business, AI/ML, or Computer Science.
• Basic coding proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Experience with PyTorch, scikit-learn, SageMaker, AutoML, prompt engineering, model evaluation, ETL, and data pipelines.
• ERP, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain experience.
