Expert Network Performance & Incentive Operations Leader

Location: San Diego, California, or Mountain View, California

Salary: $196,000–$265,000 in San Diego; $197,000–$266,000 in Mountain View base pay annually, plus potential bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with Service Delivery leaders to define role-specific KPIs covering productivity, quality, adoption, and revenue contribution.
• Establish bonus qualifiers, metric weightings, rating thresholds, and the process for translating in-season data into proposed ratings.
• Maintain authoritative documentation for incentive plans, eligibility lists, performance frameworks, and approved amendments.
• Support governance checkpoints with structured proposals, operational analysis, and accurate source-of-truth records.
• Define performance-tracking and reporting requirements for technology and analytics teams.
• Own performance reporting, identify data gaps, and improve the end-to-end process across design, talent acquisition alignment, tracking, ratings, and bonus administration.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in compensation operations, sales operations, HR operations, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated ownership of performance measurement or incentive program management.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business goals into structured KPI frameworks and reporting specifications.
• Experience partnering with Finance, HR, and business stakeholders on programs with significant operational and financial impact.
• Strong data literacy, documentation discipline, judgment, and operational organization.
• Ability to work strategically in a fast-paced, seasonal, multi-workforce environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday, Salesforce-based ICM tools, or similar performance and workforce systems.
• Experience in a large, multi-workforce, or seasonal workforce environment.
