Early Career Intern - Investments (IFI Investment Grade)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; must be able to work in Atlanta and spend at least four full days each week in an hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Support fundamental credit research across sectors of the US investment grade corporate bond market.
• Build and maintain financial models and credit monitoring tools.
• Research investment opportunities and present findings to the team.
• Prepare presentations, summaries, and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with portfolio management, client portfolio management, risk, and research teams.
• Participate in meetings, training, networking, and assigned projects focused on macro investment processes and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program as a rising junior graduating by summer 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
• Interest in financial markets and investments.
• Familiarity with Excel and financial statement analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the United States; employment-based immigration sponsorship, OPT, and CPT support are not available.

Nice to have

• Background in finance, accounting, mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, engineering, data analytics, or business.
• Creative problem-solving and analytical thinking experience.
• Experience gathering and interpreting market data.
• Prior investment management internship experience.
