Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, New York City, or Seattle, United States
Salary: $220,000–$405,000 annually, plus equity. USD salary ranges apply only to U.S.-based positions.

What you will do
- Design and build core UI primitives such as overlays, inputs, navigation, and feedback components.
- Develop coherent component APIs for use across multiple product surfaces.
- Author, generate, and publish design tokens across web, iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows.
- Translate Figma design systems into typed, testable, and documented React components.
- Migrate bespoke product implementations to shared primitives while maintaining stability.
- Build accessible components and support consuming teams through documentation, visual regression coverage, and an on-call rotation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building production frontend applications.
- Strong React, TypeScript, and CSS skills.
- Working knowledge of accessibility, including WCAG, ARIA patterns, assistive technologies, keyboard navigation, focus, contrast, and screen readers.
- Interest in building reusable components and collaborating closely with designers on visual and interaction language.

- Experience with a design system, component library, or shared UI platform.
