Frontend Developer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA; on-site

Salary: $230,000–$290,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Own frontend development across the core product interface and customer-facing marketing websites.
• Develop Sanity CMS infrastructure, structured content models, self-service tooling, and preview and staging workflows.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and operations to implement analytics and experimentation.
• Build localization and internationalization infrastructure, including multilingual content and translation workflows.
• Improve Core Web Vitals through asset optimization, lazy loading, render-timing analysis, and layout-shift reduction.
• Ensure accessible experiences through semantic markup, keyboard navigation, screen-reader support, and WCAG-minded components.

Requirements

• Experience building marketing- or growth-facing web experiences, including funnels, conversion, SEO, analytics, and A/B testing.
• Strong modern JavaScript, TypeScript, and React or comparable frontend framework skills.
• Production experience improving web performance and accessibility.
• Experience with headless CMS platforms and structured content models.
• Experience with internationalization systems, translation tooling, analytics, experimentation platforms, and third-party integrations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, content writers, marketers, and other non-engineering partners.

Nice to have

• Experience with Sanity CMS.
• Experience integrating video hosting or error-monitoring services into content workflows.
