Lead AI Product Manager

Location: Hybrid schedule with three days per week in the New York City office at 1700 Broadway, New York, NY 10019

Salary: $151,600–$208,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan

What you will do

• Shape a complex applied AI product area and define success metrics, priorities, product vision, and roadmaps.
• Partner with business units to understand operations, capture requirements, map processes, and identify high-impact AI opportunities.
• Translate business needs into AI use cases and lead them from discovery and rapid prototyping through evaluation, validation, and deployment support.
• Guide the development of GenAI, AI agent, conversational AI, and intelligent automation solutions, including RAG and vector database architectures.
• Develop evaluation frameworks, reusable product frameworks, and best practices for AI models and platforms.
• Mentor product managers and collaborate with engineers, designers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in product management and ownership of products across the full lifecycle.
• Ability to analyze large, complex data sets and convert user, business, and operational requirements into product strategy.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML concepts and enterprise AI solutions, including GenAI, conversational AI, intelligent automation, and AI-powered product development.
• Hands-on experience with rapid AI prototyping, prompt engineering, GenAI platforms, and AI agent frameworks.
• Understanding of AI architectures such as RAG, conversational AI, and vector databases, plus experience developing model and platform evaluation frameworks.
• Familiarity with human-centered design, data visualization, Figma, Lucid, Claude Code, responsible AI, bias mitigation, and ethical AI design.

Nice to have

• Healthcare payer or provider domain experience.
• Data analytics experience, particularly with ontologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, agile delivery, product strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization, business cases, and ROI models.
• Awareness of emerging AI technologies and enterprise AI product development practices.
