What you will do

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Senders and Numbers onboarding.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate business requirements into actionable user stories.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive product planning, design, and delivery.
• Enable sales and marketing teams through effective GTM strategies and product launches.
• Conduct data-driven business reviews to analyze product performance and market impact.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in product management within SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS.
• Must be based in Ontario, British Columbia, or Alberta, Canada.
• Proven track record of leading successful product launches and defining product strategy.
• Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding.
• Experience with cloud, APIs, communications, or enterprise software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience building products related to APIs and developer experience.
• Experience working in a regulated ecosystem.
