Senior Document Controller

What you will do

• Create reports and technical documents.
• Enter accurate metadata into electronic records to support search and retrieval.
• Implement trackers to monitor the closeout of proprietor actions.
• Manage information circulation and establish an efficient document management system.
• Update, maintain, archive, and retrieve procedures, registers, trackers, and databases.
• Support the quality and document control team in meeting its objectives.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar document management role.
• Experience with Aconex and SharePoint is critical.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage a large volume and range of information.
• Ability to build strong relationships with teams and clients.
