Associate Director, Technology Solutions (AI)

Location: Must physically reside and work in-office in Dallas/Frisco, TX; Louisville, KY; Arlington, VA; or the DC/Baltimore Metro area.

Salary: $142,300–$195,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Develop technology strategies and deliver IT initiatives supporting healthcare products from design through deployment and implementation.
• Lead Agile engineering and delivery teams, including Scrum Masters and project managers, while coaching personnel and removing blockers.
• Evaluate architecture options, technical risks, dependencies, delivery trade-offs, and operational issues.
• Oversee project and product execution, including schedules, milestones, resources, budgets, documentation, and stakeholder reporting.
• Support modern cloud-native application development, code reviews, production technology maintenance, reliability, observability, and incident prevention.
• Manage staff and contractors, including hiring, mentoring, training, performance evaluation, and coordination with architects, engineers, developers, QA, and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement, evaluating existing systems, and implementing process improvements.
• 6+ years of technical leadership experience and 2+ years of management experience.
• Strong understanding of operations, technology, communications, and business processes.
• Experience with AI technology and an AI-first mindset for automating solutions.
• Physical residence and in-office presence in one of the specified U.S. office locations are required.
