What you will do

• Design end-to-end user experiences for Prime Online products, from concept exploration through final delivery.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and pixel-perfect, production-ready UI designs.
• Translate complex customer workflows, technical requirements, and business needs into intuitive digital experiences.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and stakeholders to define requirements and evaluate trade-offs.
• Contribute to and extend the enterprise design system while maintaining consistency, scalability, accessibility, and usability.
• Review implemented designs, facilitate critiques, and refine solutions using customer feedback, analytics, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience designing digital products across web and mobile platforms, including iOS and Android.
• Advanced UX, interaction, visual, and UI design expertise with a portfolio of sophisticated, production-quality digital experiences.
• Expert-level proficiency with Figma, including components, prototyping, design systems, and developer-ready specifications.
• Strong knowledge of information architecture, user flows, usability, responsive design, typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with human-centered design, user research, analytics, customer feedback, and iterative validation.
• A four-year degree in UX, interaction, graphic, industrial, new media, HCI, human factors, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience with interaction architecture, customer experience, data visualization, IoT, mobile technologies, or virtual, augmented, and mixed reality.
• Strong business acumen, technical knowledge, emotional intelligence, and a results-driven approach.
• Knowledge of UX industry standards, usability practices, and emerging design trends.
