What you will do

• Create user-friendly designs that improve usability and the overall user experience.
• Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, visually compelling digital experiences.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user behavior and pain points.
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback and changing requirements.
• Maintain and evolve design specifications, component libraries, and style guides.

Requirements

• Validate the accuracy, policy compliance, and consistency of data presented across user interfaces and dashboards.
• Identify and implement UX improvements for reporting and analytic workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex data and requirements into usable interfaces.
• Experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required on day one.
