Location: San Francisco, California; hybrid schedule with three to five days in the office each week

What you will do

• Translate creative briefs into feasible production plans, timelines, budgets, resource scopes, and call sheets.
• Source and coordinate crews, talent, photographers, videographers, stylists, locations, permits, equipment, and external vendors.
• Lead pre-production meetings and manage internal studio productions from set readiness through final shoot delivery.
• Supervise sets, track shot progress and deliverables, manage approvals, resolve issues, and keep productions on schedule.
• Coordinate post-production handoffs, reviews, revisions, quality assurance, asset delivery, archiving, and campaign rollout support.
• Manage invoicing, budget reconciliation, contracts, documentation, inventory, debriefs, and workflow improvements across multiple productions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of production experience managing photo and video productions from concept to delivery.
• Strong negotiation, budgeting, organizational, and project management skills across multiple timelines and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate creative direction into efficient, cost-effective production execution.
• Calm, solutions-oriented communication style and meticulous attention to documentation, file organization, and asset management.
• Strong understanding of creative development, digital asset management, file types, and delivery specifications.
• Ability to work in the San Francisco office three to five days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
• Studio management experience.
