Production Coordinator (Video Production)

Location: Remote - United States. Employees living within commuting distance of a Scorpion office may be asked to work from the office based on team needs and business priorities.

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year, plus potential discretionary bonuses or commissions.

What you will do

• Coordinate multiple concurrent video productions and keep pre-production activities organized and on schedule.
• Partner with Creative Directors, customers, cast, and crew, including coordinating travel logistics when needed.
• Prepare and distribute filming schedules, crew and cast lists, call sheets, scripts, and revisions.
• Maintain production schedules, milestones, project statuses, and organization in Monday.com and the Scorpion Command Center.
• Track milestones, distribute weekly production status reports, and proactively manage timelines.
• Support the handoff from pre-production to post-production and collaborate across the full production lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of on-set experience as a Production Coordinator working with creative, production, and post-production workflows, or 4+ years in a fast-paced production or administrative environment.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and keeping them running smoothly.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, project management, and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize work, solve problems, adapt to unexpected situations, and communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in a creative studio, agency, or video post-production environment.
• Line Producer experience.
