Director, Creative Production (AI Video)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end video and content production for client work, business development, and internal projects.
• Serve as lead editor and motion graphics designer, and direct AI-generated video creation.
• Collaborate with the Creative Team to develop video-based ideas, storylines, and on-brand deliverables.
• Introduce tools such as Seedance, Kling, and Runway into repeatable AI production workflows.
• Manage budgets, schedules, concurrent projects, production vendors, and freelance relationships.
• Build the production team, workflows, templates, automations, asset libraries, and systems connecting Creative and IT.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in production, film, media, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in an agency, in-house creative studio, or brand environment.
• Significant hands-on experience in video production, post-production, field shoots, motion design, and animation.
• Advanced proficiency with Premiere and After Effects, supported by a portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling and creative leadership.
• Demonstrated experience scaling AI video production, not only experimenting with AI tools.
• Proven ability to lead creative professionals, develop direct reports, own budgets, and coordinate vendors and freelancers across concurrent projects.
