Salary: $75,000–$110,000 base salary, plus potential discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead implementations and configurations of enterprise SaaS solutions for demand-side management, transportation electrification, and other clean-energy programs.
• Gather client requirements, facilitate workshops, validate solutions, and guide implementation decisions.
• Configure workflows, business rules, forms, interfaces, reports, and client-specific functionality using low-code or medium-code tools, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Design integrations, REST APIs, ETL processes, data mappings, authentication, and reporting requirements with client technical teams.
• Plan and execute configuration, system testing, UAT, deployments, production releases, and post-launch support.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor implementation consultants, and collaborate with Product, Development, QA, and Software Project Management teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5–7+ years of experience implementing, configuring, or supporting enterprise SaaS, low-code, CRM, ERP, or workflow automation platforms in client-facing consulting or implementation roles.
• Hands-on experience with workflows, business rules, forms, user interfaces, reports, dashboards, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and business process automation.
• Experience with system integrations, REST APIs, ETL and data mapping, authentication, system testing, UAT, deployments, and post-production support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable software solutions.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States.
