What you will do

• Lead recurring customer sessions to identify business challenges, prioritize use cases, and define measurable outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into structured solution designs aligned with processes, stakeholders, and operational impact.
• Implement, configure, and operate hirify.global products according to approved designs and best practices.
• Develop dashboards, investigations, alerts, campaigns, and automation workflows.
• Support customer-system integrations using scripting and API-based approaches.
• Analyze endpoint data, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain documentation, and support service delivery processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of consulting or advisory experience, preferably in a customer-facing technology, B2B, or SaaS services role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Strong ability to gather business issues and translate them into structured technical solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills, including interpreting and visualizing data to generate actionable insights.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows clients and applications.
• Ability to learn new technologies independently and communicate effectively with customer stakeholders and colleagues.
