Senior Technical Consultant - Microsoft Power Platform

Location: United States; remote

Salary: $160,000–$190,000 per year in on-target earnings, including base salary and any applicable target bonus.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement model-driven and canvas applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Create custom connectors and APIs, integrating solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, and third-party platforms.
• Build secure, high-quality data flows and implement compliance and security controls.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Power Platform applications for reliability and performance.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and automated workflows that improve productivity and decision-making.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship while collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering end-to-end Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, custom connectors, APIs, and data gateways.
• Experience integrating Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and relational databases such as SQL Server.
• Familiarity with C#, .NET, JavaScript, or Python, as well as Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, project management tools, and Power Platform compliance and security practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, leadership, and mentoring skills.

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or Azure Developer Associate.
