Jr. Corporate Loan Processor (Mortgage Lending)

What you will do

• Verify that residential mortgage applications are complete, accurate, and supported by required documentation.
• Communicate with loan originators, customers, processors, underwriters, and third-party vendors to obtain missing information.
• Order and verify property surveys, flood certificates, title commitments, payoff information, invoices, and other loan documentation.
• Review loan files for compliance with mortgage regulations, including RESPA, TIL, HMDA, and Regulation B.
• Manage the loan pipeline, complete reports, support loan setup, and meet required turnaround times.
• Help closing, secondary marketing, and servicing teams clear investor suspense items and transition toward senior loan processing responsibilities.

Requirements

• Must be located in the USA.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of residential mortgage experience.
• Experience with RESPA and mortgage or consumer lending regulations, including Regulation Z and Regulation B.
• Experience with Encompass, DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows.
• Strong analytical, communication, prioritization, and time management skills; availability for varying hours and overtime when needed.
