What you will do

• Facilitate the buyback process by identifying and resolving dealer agreement violations.
• Prepare clear and concise legal documentation on behalf of hirify.global.
• Manage collateral on repossession hold, coordinating returns to dealerships or wholesaling.
• Monitor recourse accounts and escalate them as buybacks when triggers are breached.
• Host regularly scheduled meetings with Regional Sales Managers to discuss resolution strategies.
• Educate internal and external parties on dealer agreement terms and violations.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Fort Worth, TX for a hybrid schedule.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
• High School Diploma required; Associate, Bachelor's, or Master's degree preferred.
• Competency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Access.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, consumer credit, and statistics.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical judgment skills.
