What you will do

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
• Convert company-provided purchase opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and hirify.global Preferred Agents.
• Manage an active pipeline while meeting defined service levels and productivity metrics.
• Leverage CRM and loan origination systems to ensure pipeline health and customer engagement.
• Partner with centralized processing, underwriting, and closing teams to ensure efficient loan delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with a focus on purchase transactions.
• Active NMLS Loan Originator license or eligibility under a federal bank license.
• Completion of 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and passage of the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test.
• Must reside within 75 miles of the Philadelphia, PA branch.
• Proven success in high-volume, phone-based sales or agent-centric referral models.
• Proficiency with CRM, LOS, and Microsoft Office suite.
