Prentiss Reman Water Pump Assembly Logistics I (2nd Shift)

Location: Onsite at the Booneville, Mississippi facility, United States. Work hours are 3:00 PM–1:00 AM, Monday–Thursday. Visa sponsorship is not available, and relocation assistance is not offered.

Salary: $17.05–$22.15 per hour, plus a 7% night-shift premium.

What you will do

• Move materials to point-of-use locations according to production schedules.
• Operate reach trucks, sitting and standing forklifts, electric pallet jacks, overhead cranes, and hoists as required.
• Unload, order, pick, process, store, and stage parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Perform box building, banding, automated packaging, and other packing processes.
• Use computer systems and email while following built-in safety and quality procedures.
• Cross-train in other entry-level remanufacturing positions as needed.

Requirements

• Basic computer experience, including reading standard work documents and entering data.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with limited supervision.
• Ability to stand for up to 10 or more hours per shift and repeatedly lift, push, or pull parts weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to operate sitting or standing forklifts and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Successful completion of background, drug and alcohol, and post-offer medical screenings is required.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
• Forklift or overhead hoist experience.
• Knowledge of engines and components.
• Experience with hand, air, or pneumatic tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
