Senior Project Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote USA

Salary: $150,000–$210,000 annually. Compensation for candidates hired in Canada is provided in Canadian dollars and may differ due to currency conversion.

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of complex enterprise customer implementations.
• Manage project scope, schedules, resources, budgets, milestones, and structured change control.
• Coordinate Solution Architects, Engineering, Technical Consultants, and other cross-functional teams.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for VP and C-suite customer stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks across long-duration, multi-phase deployments.
• Deliver executive-level status reports, risk registers, escalation summaries, and project documentation.

Requirements

• PMP certification required.
• 10+ years of project management experience, including significant experience with enterprise SaaS implementations or deployments.
• Strong technical knowledge of data integration and ETL concepts, APIs, system architecture, and enterprise IT environments.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-phase enterprise implementations on time and on budget.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management experience with VP and C-suite sponsors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with incentive compensation management, sales performance management, or related enterprise financial and SaaS software.
• Experience mentoring junior and mid-level Project Managers.
