What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of complex enterprise customer implementations.
• Own project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, documentation, and change control.
• Coordinate Solution Architects, Engineering, Technical Consultants, and other cross-functional teams.
• Manage executive-level customer relationships and serve as the primary delivery point of accountability.
• Identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks across long-duration, multi-phase projects.
• Improve enterprise delivery methodologies, tooling, and technical playbooks while mentoring Project Managers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience, including substantial experience with enterprise SaaS implementations or deployments.
• PMP certification required.
• Strong technical acumen in data integration and ETL concepts, APIs, system architecture, and enterprise IT environments.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-phase enterprise implementations on time and within budget.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management experience with VP and C-suite sponsors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
