Implementation Consultant (Health)

Location: Hybrid (Hemel Hempstead, UK). Must have pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK

What you will do

• Manage and schedule installations and updates of the Healthcare software portfolio.
• Define system data and configurations to enable product deployment for new customers.
• Provide technical expertise and support for existing healthcare solutions.
• Undertake quality assurance and testing of applications and deployment routines.
• Liaise with customers, third-party suppliers, and NHS organisations to ensure successful service deployment.

Requirements

• Experience in software installation, support, and network management.
• Technical proficiency in Windows Servers and SQL Server.
• Proven experience in customer liaison and communicating technical concepts clearly.
• Background in software maintenance, testing, and deployment.
• Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Experience with VBA for data manipulation.
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, SSMS, IIS, VMware, or SMTP.
• Prince 2 certification or knowledge of Agile working methodologies.
• Prior experience within the healthcare market.
