L&D Program Manager

Location: Hybrid - US

Salary: $120,000–$145,000 base salary annually, plus equity, benefits, and an annual bonus or commission plan.

What you will do

• Design, launch, and scale enterprise-wide capability-building and blended learning programs.
• Own career philosophy, career pathing, internal mobility, and the High-Potential program.
• Build foundational through advanced leadership development programs and manage the Leadership Competency Awards program.
• Redesign and scale the onboarding experience, including academy, manager, and role-based tracks.
• Manage concurrent programs from concept through launch and scale, including timelines, budgets, vendors, and stakeholder alignment.
• Build learning dashboards, evolve the learning technology stack, and evaluate AI-powered tools to measure and improve impact.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
• Demonstrated experience building programs from the ground up rather than only maintaining inherited programs.
• Strong instructional design expertise and deep knowledge of adult learning and leadership development theory.
• Exceptional program management skills across multiple concurrent initiatives, stakeholders, vendors, and budgets.
• Experience with LMS and learning technology platforms, such as LearnUpon, plus the ability to evaluate and deploy new tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and executive stakeholder-influence skills.
