Location: Remote nationwide within the United States, with up to 10% travel and occasional visits to offices. Must work Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm Eastern Standard Time regardless of residence time zone.
Salary: $71,100–$97,800 per year, plus bonus incentive eligibility.

What you will do
- Lead projects from planning and execution through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and against defined success metrics.
- Define project objectives, timelines, deliverables, forecasts, and governance requirements.
- Monitor performance, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate governance, executive reporting, stakeholder communications, and informed decision-making.
- Partner with clinical, operational, technology, compliance, vendor, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive alignment.
- Coordinate implementation, process improvement, deployment, operational readiness, and adoption activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and five years of relevant experience.
- At least three years of project management experience covering project initiation through completion.
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and tools such as Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Project, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Availability to work Eastern Standard Time hours regardless of residence time zone.
Nice to have
- PMP, CAPM, Agile, or similar project management certification.
- Experience with MS Planner, SharePoint, Smartsheet, or Jira Align.
- Knowledge of SDLC fundamentals, Agile delivery, testing, deployment, and release management.
- Medicaid managed care, health plan, healthcare operations, or clinical operations experience.
