Implementation Specialist (Healthcare Technology)

Location: Remote within the United States, with 30–40% travel to franchise locations and occasional weekend work.

Salary: $67,500–$75,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Lead in-person and virtual onboarding sessions for groups of 1–15 Care Professionals.
• Coordinate client needs assessments, refine care information, and verify care plans before transitions.
• Identify and resolve onboarding, scheduling, service, and care-delivery risks.
• Review employment documentation, client contracts, profiles, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Travel to franchise locations for onsite onboarding, meetings, and operational support.
• Coordinate with franchise owners, Field Teams, Market Operations, and Hiring teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in onboarding, training, customer service, or compliance-related roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree or relevant additional experience is preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of employment compliance, care-delivery regulations, training methods, and risk management.
• Ability to manage concurrent onboarding sessions and client transitions while adapting to shifting priorities.
• Availability for 30–40% travel to franchise locations and occasional weekend onboarding support.

Nice to have

• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare, home care, franchising, or operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
