GTM Program Manager (AI): Building and optimizing AI-powered automations, workflows, and data pipelines that support outbound go-to-market motions with an accent on revenue operations, commercial personalization, and scalable sales infrastructure. Focus on designing data enrichment systems, running experiments, analyzing funnel performance, and coordinating complex initiatives across sales, marketing, strategy, and technical teams.
Location: Remote — Brazil only. Work from anywhere within Brazil; schedules are aligned with time zones, team needs, and personal routines.

What you will do
- Design and deploy AI-powered data enrichment systems and automated workflows using Clay, Zapier, n8n, Salesforce, and Salesloft.
- Build personalized outbound workflows and deliver actionable account intelligence to SDRs and sales closers.
- Plan, prioritize, and analyze A/B tests and outbound pilots to improve regional pipeline generation.
- Serve as the operational expert for Clay, Salesloft, and Salesforce in the assigned region.
- Partner with strategy, sales development, marketing, and revenue operations leaders to monitor funnel performance and improve commercial execution.
Requirements
- Fluent English is mandatory, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, technical product management, or project management.
- Experience building CRM, sales engagement, or orchestration workflows and automations.
- Strong interest in AI tools, automation platforms, and experimentation.
- Ability to analyze data using SQL or Excel and turn ambiguous requirements into scalable processes.
- Commercial and ROI-focused approach to improving lead qualification and sales conversion.
