Senior Project Manager (Remote)

Location: US-Remote; US citizenship required to attain and maintain DHS clearance. The position is fully remote.

Salary: $170,000–$180,000 annually.

What you will do

• Lead a geographically dispersed team supporting program management, reporting, data, and programmatic activities for DHS ICE.
• Establish processes and communication practices to streamline reporting and data needs across ICE areas of responsibility.
• Advise delivery personnel and government stakeholders on requirements, methodologies, priorities, and timely solutions.
• Lead customer engagement, issue resolution, cross-discipline coordination, and project schedule tracking.
• Review deliverables for compliance and quality, and manage project communication plans.
• Translate complex information into concise written narratives, presentations, agendas, and visualizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
• 12+ years of experience in dynamic customer delivery environments; up to two years may be waived for a master’s degree.
• Direct experience in a law enforcement environment.
• Experience working with ICE-specific data and processes.
• US citizenship and the ability to attain and maintain DHS clearance are required.
• Strong project management, data analysis, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience managing a program team of more than 20 personnel across multiple onsite locations.
• Experience with large-scale IT projects and fast-paced, changing environments.
