What you will do

  • Lead complex digital projects end-to-end: scope, detailed planning, resourcing, budgets, and timeline adherence.
  • Deliver multi-channel campaigns, including .com content development in a CMS, online advertising programs, and email marketing journeys.
  • Oversee .com production lifecycle from discovery and wireframing through design, development, QA, and deployment, including speed optimization and technical SEO requirements.
  • Manage online advertising production (display/rich media/video/social): asset trafficking, quality control, DCO implementations, and ad server integrations.
  • Lead email marketing production: templates, segmentation, automation flows, and A/B testing; coordinate partner development and ensure deliverability/privacy compliance.
  • Run stakeholder management and governance: kick-offs, stand-ups, reviews, documentation (SOWs/specs/plans/risk/status), and continuous workflow improvement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive digital program/project management/production experience in an agency environment, with experience delivering complex multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on knowledge of .com content implementation in CMS platforms (e.g., AEM), online advertising (ad servers, DSPs), and advanced email marketing.
  • Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and ability to tailor approaches to project needs.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, Workfront, Smartsheet).
  • Strong technical acumen to discuss development processes, integrations, and digital technologies.
  • Ability to manage budgets, forecast/resource planning, and mitigate risks while coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.
