TL;DR
UX Designer (Figma/Native Mobile): Designing accessible user experiences for native iOS, Android, and desktop applications with an accent on UX research, design systems, and high-fidelity prototyping. Focus on translating user research into scalable interfaces, validating solutions through usability testing, and coordinating detailed handoffs with product and engineering teams.
Location: Onsite in San Antonio, TX; Plano, TX; Phoenix, AZ; or Tampa, FL. Four-month W-2 contract.

What you will do
- Conduct competitive, evaluative, and usability research across mobile and desktop experiences.
- Design and iterate native iOS, Android, and desktop interfaces, including rich push notification elements.
- Create high-fidelity Figma designs, interactive prototypes, accessibility annotations, and development handoff specifications.
- Leverage and contribute to design systems while documenting reusable patterns and maintaining consistency.
- Frame product problems, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and support product strategy.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders through Agile ceremonies and design critiques.
Requirements
- 4+ years of UX or UI/UX experience supporting design or product teams across web and native platforms.
- Expert-level Figma and prototyping skills for native mobile and desktop experiences.
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work for native mobile and desktop products.
- Experience with design systems, accessibility standards, human-centered design, and service design principles.
- Working knowledge of Agile environments and research platforms such as Maze or UserTesting.
- Strong communication, stakeholder collaboration, presentation, and evidence-based problem-solving skills.
