UI/UX Developer

Location: Washington, DC, United States; work is primarily performed in an office environment.

Salary: $90,000–$125,000 per year.

What you will do

• Design and develop sophisticated user interfaces and experiences across multiple platforms.
• Create user personas, conduct user research, and translate findings into design improvements.
• Develop complex wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Lead usability testing, gather insights, and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define, present, and refine design solutions.
• Manage multiple projects while contributing to the design system and mentoring junior designers.

Requirements

• Seven to nine years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent qualifications.
• Expert proficiency with design tools and strong command of front-end technologies.
• Ability to obtain, maintain, and access classified information at the Top Secret level.
• Ability to work primarily in an office environment in Washington, DC.
