IT Implementation Engineer (Microsoft)

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Deploy enterprise software across servers and networked devices and configure cloud services in customer environments.
• Partner with client IT teams to prepare networks for solution rollouts.
• Integrate solutions with Azure, Google, Active Directory, and Okta identity providers.
• Create detailed deployment documentation and coordinate with internal teams and customers.
• Diagnose issues and provide ongoing support for production solutions.
• Use Zoom, Teams, LogMeIn, VPN, and other remote access tools while managing competing priorities.

Requirements

• At least five years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Server platforms and desktop operating systems.
• Comprehensive networking knowledge, including firewalls, switches, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, SMTP, TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL, SMB, and LDAP.
• Experience guiding IT initiatives from planning through delivery while coordinating teams and vendors.
• Hands-on ITSM and ticketing-system experience with strong attention to detail.
• Direct customer-facing experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a professional demeanor.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of document management software and unified communications platforms.
