Senior Workplace Analytics & Windows Engineer

Location: Hybrid in Nowy Tomyśl or Poznań, Poland

Salary: 14,000–18,000 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Analyze and improve the Digital Employee Experience using HP Workforce Experience Platform or a similar solution.
• Identify endpoint performance, stability, and user-experience trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for technical and management audiences.
• Provide second-level support and root-cause analysis for Windows, application, hardware, driver, and firmware issues.
• Support hardware integration, lifecycle management, device pilots, testing, and workplace technology deployments.
• Collaborate with Workplace, Infrastructure, Service Management, Engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification.
• Solid experience in Windows client engineering, endpoint support, and workplace technologies.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Intune; Microsoft Configuration Manager experience is preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems, hardware, drivers, firmware, and endpoint technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, data analysis, reporting, and KPI development.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Digital Employee Experience, Endpoint Analytics, or similar monitoring and analytics platforms.
