Salary: $140,000–$170,000

What you will do
- Act as a strategic senior People partner for assigned business portfolios, translating strategy into practical growth and retention plans.
- Lead workforce planning and organizational design, including headcount planning, succession planning, and role clarity.
- Coach executives and managers on leadership effectiveness, performance accountability, and change leadership.
- Drive talent routines such as performance calibration, promotion readiness, and engagement action planning.
- Utilize people analytics from engagement, attrition, and hiring signals to diagnose root causes and recommend actions.
- Manage employee relations, conduct, and organizational risk in partnership with Legal and Finance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HRBP or People experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or tech-enabled environments.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders or executives to influence strategy and build trust.
- Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and change management.
- Must be based in an approved US location (excluding D.C. and Hawaii).
- Data fluency and comfort using HRIS and people analytics to influence leadership decisions.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting technical, commercial, customer-facing, or operational teams.
- Proficiency with people technology such as Rippling or Betterworks.
- HR certification.
