Senior Technical Program Manager - US Public Sector

Location: Remote from California; U.S. Citizenship required.

What you will do

• Own the technical roadmap for expanding the product footprint across U.S. public sector compliance frameworks.
• Translate complex requirements from FedRAMP High, CMMC, IL5, CJIS, GovRAMP, and related regulations into engineering and compliance workstreams.
• Coordinate engineering teams, compliance stakeholders, external assessors, and government-related stakeholders.
• Drive technical workstreams across audits, assessments, operating environment readiness, procedures, and personnel readiness.
• Partner with GRC engineering to automate POA&M processes and enable continuous infrastructure monitoring.
• Support international compliance obligations such as ISMAP and IRAP.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• 6–8 years of experience implementing technical requirements, continuous monitoring, and external audits within U.S. public sector frameworks.
• Experience with FedRAMP High, CMMC, or comparable government compliance frameworks.
• Proven ownership of POA&M programs in large, complex environments.
• Direct experience managing FedRAMP significant change requests from initiation through closure.
• Experience driving outcomes with distributed teams across time zones.

• Hands-on software development experience.
• Experience with the Department of Defense, intelligence organizations, or government contractors.
