Program Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own the provider lifecycle from sourcing and onboarding through activation, QBRs, and renewals, including stage gates, owners, and SLAs.
• Design and maintain provider tiering frameworks that define classifications, benefits, and obligations.
• Convert one-off provider relationships into scalable systems through templates, playbooks, self-serve onboarding, and automated communications.
• Run program-wide operations, including provider re-papering, new tier launches, and compliance attestation rollouts.
• Operate MPEAP and verified or certified provider tracks, including intake criteria and ongoing management.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Security to resolve provider issues and deliver program improvements.

Requirements

• Experience building and running programs or strategy initiatives in a large, complex organization.
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to turn recurring work into repeatable, automatable processes.
• Experience driving cross-functional operations to completion without formal authority.
• High ownership, strong execution, and comfort working in a small, fast-moving team with fluid responsibilities.
• Strong written communication skills for producing clear documentation, playbooks, and communications.
• Strong written English is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the AI ecosystem, including model labs, inference providers, and provider onboarding or certification.
