Admission Advisor (Education)

Location: Onsite at LaSalle College’s Montréal campus, Canada. Permanent full-time schedule of 39 hours per week, including some evening work on Thursdays.

Salary: CAD $21 per hour, plus performance-based commissions of CAD $3,000–$15,000 per quarter.

What you will do

• Advise prospective students on study programs, selection, and enrollment.
• Promote programs by phone, email, in person, and at school visits, open houses, career fairs, and virtual workshops.
• Follow up with candidates, support registration, and record collected information in the CRM system.
• Achieve student recruitment objectives and promote programs to prospective and current students.
• Evaluate candidate files, academic backgrounds, diplomas, and experience with program managers.
• Submit candidate files to the verification service when additional review is required.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in sales consulting.
• Fluent French, both oral and written, is required.
• Professional English proficiency, both oral and written, is required.
• Computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Experience with CRM software is an asset.
