Equipment Install Project Manager (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the Ronler Acres campus in Hillsboro, Oregon, United States

Salary: $73,820–$118,430 USD annually

What you will do

• Support equipment readiness, commissioning, conversion, installation, and supplier qualification from pre-design through construction execution.
• Coordinate construction resources, equipment vendors, procurement, logistics, delivery, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Lead, mentor, and influence engineers and technicians in direct and matrix environments.
• Provide technical direction for demolition, conversion, installation, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Manage project execution against safety, quality, scope, schedule, budget, and program requirements.
• Drive task forces, after-action reviews, Lean initiatives, cross-site learning, and improved construction methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, chemistry, or a related technical field.
• At least 3 months of project or program management experience or coursework in large-scale construction, factory tool installation, or qualification ramp activities.
• Project management, leadership, organization, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence executives, peers, managers, engineers, technicians, suppliers, and partner organizations.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a high-conflict, high-stakes environment.
• This position is onsite and is not eligible for hirify.global immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of process tool installation, demolition, operation, and commissioning.
• Experience with hirify.global IQ systems, including EMS, AIO, SIRFIS, 6D, Fuzion, QUEST, capacity planning, procurement, and safety-level signoffs.
• Experience managing and coordinating third-party suppliers and daily operations.
