Technical Project/Program Management III (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; travel required up to 10% of the time; relocation is not eligible.

Salary: $110,500–$152,000 per year

What you will do

• Prepare project plans and coordinate deliverables from planning through implementation.
• Drive project tasks and deliverables using reports, tracking charts, and checklists.
• Coordinate internal resources to achieve on-time and within-budget project objectives.
• Monitor and report project cost performance to the business unit.
• Participate in cross-functional design teams and contribute to technical project development.
• Research project obstacles and assist with implementing resolution plans.

Requirements

• Conceptual and practical expertise in the relevant discipline, with basic knowledge of related disciplines.
• Knowledge of best practices and how the function integrates with other business areas.
• Ability to solve complex problems by analyzing multiple sources of information and applying judgment.
• Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus.
• Ability to act as a resource for less-experienced colleagues and lead small projects with manageable risks and resources.
