Technical Project/Program Management III - (E3) (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; onsite role with 10% travel. Relocation is not eligible.

Salary: $110,500–$152,000 per year.

What you will do

• Prepare project plans and coordinate project deliverables from planning through implementation.
• Drive deliverables and task details using reports, tracking charts, and checklists.
• Align internal resources to achieve on-time and within-budget project objectives.
• Monitor and report project cost performance.
• Participate in intra-business-unit design teams and contribute to technical development supporting project goals.
• Research causes of project obstacles and assist with implementing solutions.

Requirements

• Conceptual and practical expertise in the relevant discipline, with basic knowledge of related disciplines.
• Knowledge of best practices and how the area integrates with other functions, including awareness of competition and market differentiators.
• Ability to act as a resource for less-experienced colleagues and lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
• Ability to solve complex problems, take new perspectives on existing solutions, and exercise judgment using multiple information sources.
• Ability to influence customer, operational, project, or service activities across related teams within broad guidelines and policies.
• Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus.
