Salary: $148,000.00–$203,500.00 per year

What you will do

• Negotiate with customers and design integrated IT solutions for complex cross-functional needs.
• Evaluate technologies, recommend industry best practices and standards, and coordinate multiple vendors.
• Oversee application configuration or coding, testing strategy and execution, data conversion, and quality assurance.
• Manage the lifecycle of IT services and applications, including patching, point releases, and major upgrades.
• Oversee IT support and outsourced services while meeting service-level agreements, customer satisfaction targets, and cost objectives.
• Plan and lead projects, mentor solution development personnel, and provide subject-matter expertise.

Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in the relevant discipline and broad knowledge of related functional areas.
• Experience leading projects with notable risk and complexity and developing execution strategies.
• Ability to solve unique, complex problems through conceptual and innovative thinking.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills for working with senior stakeholders.
• Availability to work from the United States location specified for the role.
