IT Solution Management

Location: Home / Mobile, OR-001, United States; travel required 10% of the time; relocation is not eligible.

Salary: $148,000.00–$203,500.00 per year.

What you will do

• Negotiate with customers to design integrated solutions for complex cross-functional needs and recommend industry best practices and standards.
• Evaluate market technologies, work with multiple vendors, and oversee software application configuration and coding.
• Develop and manage testing and data conversion strategies, oversee execution, perform quality assurance, and supervise contract developers.
• Manage the lifecycle of IT services and applications, including patching, point releases, major upgrades, and customer support.
• Oversee outsourced IT services and service management processes to meet service-level agreements, customer satisfaction, and cost targets.
• Plan and manage projects within scope, timeline, budget, quality, and established process requirements; mentor and train solution development personnel.

Requirements

• Technical expertise in the relevant discipline with broad knowledge of other disciplines within the function.
• Ability to anticipate business and regulatory issues and recommend product, process, or service improvements.
• Experience leading projects with notable risk and complexity and developing project execution strategies.
• Ability to solve unique and complex business problems through conceptual and innovative thinking.
• Ability to influence program, project, or service direction and resource allocation within functional policies and industry guidelines.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas, anticipate objections, and persuade senior stakeholders to adopt different points of view.
