Senior Associate, Marketplace - Restaurant Growth Strategy & Operations

Location: New York, NY or San Francisco, CA; hybrid work model

Salary: $87,000–$128,000 USD annual base salary, plus potential equity grants

What you will do

• Own visible goals that drive top-line and bottom-line performance of the restaurant marketplace.
• Launch new restaurant selection, products, strategies, and value propositions.
• Improve in-app merchandising and commercialize products that help restaurant partners grow.
• Identify and execute opportunities to increase marketplace revenue and partner return on investment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and other teams.
• Manage a sustainable marketplace business that creates value for merchants, Dashers, and consumers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a problem-solving role, such as consulting, technology, or banking.
• Strong analytical skills, including pulling data in SQL and modeling in Excel.
• Strong ownership and ability to tackle ambiguous problems using first-principles thinking.
• Ability to manage stakeholders across diverse audiences, from frontline employees to senior executives.
• Ability to work across teams and handle a diverse set of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
