What you will do

• Own operational strategy and execution for assigned business areas, initially focusing on the Canada business.
• Drive continuous improvement across customer and expert experiences and overall operational efficiency.
• Define operating models, workflows, and success metrics for new experiences such as Team of Experts and Item Management.
• Utilize operational data, dashboards, and AI-enabled capabilities to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Development, Service Delivery, and Workforce Management teams.
• Prepare and present clear updates, recommendations, and risk assessments to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Experience in Real-Time Operations, Workforce Management, Business Operations, or IT Operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in using dashboards and reporting tools to diagnose performance.
• Proven ability to improve business processes, operating models, and workflows in cross-functional environments.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools or automation to enhance operational execution and insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for interacting with senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
