Manager, Product Management (Authentication)

Location: Hybrid role based near one of hirify.global's US offices in McLean, Virginia; Dallas, Texas; or Memphis, Tennessee. Travel up to 10%.

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 annually, determined by experience and location. Annual incentive bonus eligibility applies.

What you will do

• Define and prioritize the authentication roadmap across web and mobile platforms.
• Improve login, account access, and Join experiences using analytics, experimentation, and customer insights.
• Translate technical requirements into scalable product solutions and manage dependencies across shared engineering resources.
• Partner with Engineering, Security, Legal, Compliance, and product teams to deliver secure authentication experiences.
• Monitor authentication performance, resolve production issues and risks, and manage internal and external integrations.
• Lead roadmap reviews, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and integration discussions.

Requirements

• At least five years of professional experience in Product, Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with authentication and identity platforms, including login, account creation, account recovery, MFA, and secure customer access.
• Ability to work near one of the three US office locations: McLean, Dallas, or Memphis; this is a hybrid role.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and MFA technologies.
• Experience using analytics, experimentation, or customer insights to optimize digital experiences and conversion.
• Travel availability of up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or associate degree, or equivalent technology experience.
• Seven or more years of professional experience in Technology or a related field.
