Senior Staff Product Manager (Authentication)

Salary: $205,500–$278,000 annual base pay, plus possible bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and lead identity products and solutions for consumers, merchants, developers, and strategic partners.
• Own requirements, product strategy, success metrics, and multi-year roadmaps for authentication, verified identity, and identity proofing.
• Deliver scalable identity services and mobile, web, and native software components.
• Manage products through the full lifecycle, from detailed requirements and MVP definition through launch and continuous improvement.
• Partner with engineering, data science, design, legal, and other stakeholders to deliver secure, high-quality products.
• Explore and integrate machine learning and artificial intelligence models into identity and login products.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience designing, delivering, and managing large-scale platform products, especially identity or developer platforms.
• Deep expertise in identity, authentication, security, federated identity, SSO, MFA, identity proofing, OpenID Connect, OAuth, FIDO, and NIST 800-63.
• Experience defining product vision, strategy, multi-year roadmaps, KPIs, and OKRs for IAM platforms.
• Technical depth in SaaS architecture, API design, secure and scalable identity services, and engineering partnership.
• Experience with data-driven product decisions, user telemetry, A/B testing, SQL, Kusto, Power BI, or dashboard development.
• Proven ability to lead complex programs, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and communicate with engineers, executives, customers, and partners.
