What you will do

• Manage application development projects in complex IT environments, focusing on healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries.
• Facilitate technical discussions across architects, developers, analysts, and business partners, capturing outcomes, decisions, risks, and next steps.
• Monitor project financials, track burn rate, identify budget and scope risks proactively.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, escalate risks, and maintain structured PMO documentation including project workbook, charter, RAID logs, RACI matrices, status reports.
• Use PPM tools for tracking, financials, reporting; navigate Azure DevOps for backlog, sprints, coordination with dev teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years equivalent experience in Healthcare/IT
• 1+ years relevant EIT experience or 2+ years in Healthcare/IT
• Strong technical comprehension to manage IT discussions without hands-on development
• Proven project financial management, risk tracking, documentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Pivot Tables, Visio, SharePoint, MS Power Platform
• Experience with PPM tools and Azure DevOps or equivalents

Nice to have

• PMP, CAPM, PMI-PBA certifications
• Business Analyst background
• Healthcare or regulated industry project experience
