What you will do
- Manage application development projects in complex IT environments, focusing on healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries.
- Facilitate technical discussions across architects, developers, analysts, and business partners, capturing outcomes, decisions, risks, and next steps.
- Monitor project financials, track burn rate, identify budget and scope risks proactively.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, escalate risks, and maintain structured PMO documentation including project workbook, charter, RAID logs, RACI matrices, status reports.
- Use PPM tools for tracking, financials, reporting; navigate Azure DevOps for backlog, sprints, coordination with dev teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years equivalent experience in Healthcare/IT
- 1+ years relevant EIT experience or 2+ years in Healthcare/IT
- Strong technical comprehension to manage IT discussions without hands-on development
- Proven project financial management, risk tracking, documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Pivot Tables, Visio, SharePoint, MS Power Platform
- Experience with PPM tools and Azure DevOps or equivalents

- PMP, CAPM, PMI-PBA certifications
- Business Analyst background
- Healthcare or regulated industry project experience
