Base salary: $90,000–$120,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead onboarding and implementation for new clients, coordinating the transition from sales through launch.
• Build project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, resources, deliverables, and risks.
• Coordinate benefit configuration, testing, and data integrations with internal teams, TPAs, brokers, consultants, and vendor partners.
• Serve as the primary implementation contact, resolving issues and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Maintain client configuration and implementation documentation, facilitate status meetings, and provide updates.
• Support client reporting and post-launch projects while identifying improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the benefits industry, particularly with a TPA or PBM; medical PBM experience is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of claims processing, formulary management, rebate programs, and benefit and eligibility configuration and testing.
• Experience coordinating implementations with TPAs, brokers, consultants, and other vendor partners.
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and client service skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, pharmacy, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and willingness to travel occasionally.

Nice to have

• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Medical PBM implementation experience.
