Lead Software Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable, mission-critical systems for tokenized asset lifecycles.
• Own the evolution of the core platform, including cross-border asset voting and real-time portfolio management.
• Design secure RESTful APIs for institutional integrations with on-chain infrastructure.
• Transform ambiguous product requirements into documented, tested, and production-ready solutions.
• Set engineering standards and promote rapid iteration without compromising system integrity.
• Mentor engineers through peer reviews and technical guidance.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Experience leading high-impact engineering projects in complex backend environments.
• Experience designing and deploying RESTful APIs and distributed systems for high-concurrency workloads.
• Strong focus on performance, security-first architecture, and maintainability.
• Experience working in Agile and CI/CD-driven environments.
• Clear communication skills for explaining technical trade-offs to engineering and leadership stakeholders.
